1. Overview about DE2-cycloneII.
Kit DE2-cycloneII is quite old it was introduced over 15 years ago. However, it is still good for a new person to practice from simple to mid-requirement application with FPGA.
Disadvantage: Support from company is not so much. So, it is hard to solve errors in hardware; newer version Quartus II is not supported; Installed driver need some special setting. The latest version has still supported cyclone II is Quartus II Web edition 13.0 sp0 (Quartus-web-13.0.1.232-windows)
2. How to install Quartus II Web edition 13.0 sp0.

After completed download, Right click to extract file and install software.
Right click to install program
Install driver and test program.
